At this time all services are NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposits

The Loc Spot allows all clients who book online to pay for thier services in FULL or via 4 Shop Pay Installments. Your full payment or first installment will suffice as your deposit.

Late Fee Policy

Late Policy (Client/Customer): In the event that YOU are running more than 15 minutes late to your schedueld appointment you will be charged a $20 late fee.

(This fee may be paid via: Cash, Apple Pay, ATM/Debit/Check Cards, The Loc Spot Gift Cards and eGift CardCredit cards, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa).

Late Policy (The Loc Spot Loctitian): In the event that WE are running more than 15 minutes late to your schedueld appointment your account will be credited $20 for the inconvenience .

Why do I need a Consultation?

Consultations give you an opportunity to get to know your stylist and give your stylist the chance to analyze your hair, learn about your lifestyle, beauty routines (and whether you have any), determine what is required, and how long it will take to achieve the hairstyle you desire.

How to Earn Rewards

We love rewards as much as you do! There are a few ways to earn rewards here at The Loc Spot!

Can I transfer Rewards?

At this time, we do not allow rewards transfers.

How many Red Memebership Accounts Can I have ?

A customer can have one Red Membership per Email Address.

Example: A Family of 3 comes in for service, each family member will need to create a seperate account in order to proticipate in the program. If customers are caught sharing accounts and points, thier account(s) will be deleted and there will be NO Refund. In addition to account deletion they wil be banned from out Salon. We reseve the right to refuse service to anyone assaulting or abusing (physically or verbally) our programs, services, customers and or staff.

Shop Pay Terms

Installments

Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments. Installment options vary by store and can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.

Fees or Penalties

For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments,there are no additional charges or interest rates applied.Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest.

You can pay your balance off early without penalty.

There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.

Credit Scores and Eligibility

Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
To use Shop Pay Installments, your shipping address needs to be in the United States.
